OUR STORY
It all began with an obsession. Having sampled the tremendous versatility of chilli in a variety of culinary situations over the years, at some point this small delight developed into what many might call an addiction.
Hot was no longer enough. So began the trip down the rabbit hole into growing more and more extreme varieties of chillies. It may come as a surprise to learn that many of the extreme varieties aren’t exactly fans of the equally extreme environmental conditions of Far North Queensland.
As such this proved to be quite a challenge at first however after a long line of failures, small victories started to shine through.
It all began more out maintaining my personal supply but soon developed into much more than that growing hotter and hotter varieties to use in a range of products, till we arrive at the hot to super-hot selection that is our main focus today.
Red Savina Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, Fatalii, Chocolate Moruga Scorpion, Bhut Jolokia, Butch T Trinidad Scorpion and the dreaded Carolina Reaper whose throne is soon to be supplanted by something truly terrifying indeed.
So the journey started to where we are today. Producers, retailers and distributors of a range of chilli based products ranging form the mild to the superhot.
