At Chilloomba Chillies, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products made from our northern-grown chillies in Far North Queensland. Please review our returns policy before making a purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Process for Returns

  1. Email us at info@chilloombachillies.com.au with your order number, clear photos of the defect, and a short description of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm whether it qualifies as defective.

Refunds

  • If the product is confirmed as defective, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
